Property Committee

Purpose: This committee is concerned with the maintenance, development and beautification of congregational properties.

Exterior of Building

• Maintain and facilitate care of exterior of building, i.e. outside painting, roof, windows, tuck pointing.
• Be aware and review handicap accessibility; i.e. ramps, entryways, parking, etc.

Interior of Building

• Recommend to council salaried person for janitorial maintenance.
• Encourage and develop plans for improvements and maintenance for interior of building.
• Be aware and review handicap accessibility.

Grounds

• Recommend to council people and procedures for lawn mowing.
• Recruit and schedule person (s) to maintain trees and shrubs.
• Encourage and develop other landscape improvements and maintenance.
• Maintain care and up-grading of parking lots and lights.
• Recommend to council people and procedures for snow removal.
