Please remember to check your child’s folder daily for important papers!
Make sure your child has 2 sets of weather-appropriate extra clothes as accidents occur often in our room!
The weather has remained a steady cool in the mornings and early evenings when we go outside so please make sure your child has a jacket/hat!

Dear Brown Bear Families, Hi all! In the past month we’ve welcomed a few new faces to our group: Helene and Allie! In November, Holden will be moving up to the Red Bird room and Addisyn will be starting. We are always excited to meet new people! We’ve been working on a few different things this month in the Brown Bear room. Since we’ve gotten a few new kids recently, we’ve been working on name recognition. Also, we’ve been working on animal sound recognition, shapes and colors. Our Halloween party went really well! Thanks to all the parents that helped out by bringing treats and staying to help out! Extra hands are always a plus with one-year olds! At some point in November we will be making a trip to the grade school to visit the buses. The Brown Bears love to stand at the window and watch them in the mornings and afternoons so we thought it would be a good idea. As always, field trip suggestions are always welcome so if you can think of anything that the kids would enjoy, please let us know!
