Red Birds
You will see two and three year olds in the Red Bird room. We provide a loving and caring environment, as well as teaching and learning about Christ. This is a very busy room. We teach the children numbers, ABC’s, colors, shapes, weather, calendar, sharing and manners. We all participate in story time daily, including a bible story and daily devotion. The children and teachers sing and dance together every chance we get. We work on potty training but let the children progress at their pace. We do not want the children to be afraid to use the potty. We like to work side by side with parents on this issue. We also provide a lot of hands-on art projects such as finger-painting, coloring, shaving cream, and play-doh, along with other age-appropriate crafts.
